Milam Appraisal District will be closed Thursday, November 22nd & Friday, November 23rd in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Our office will resume regular business hours on Monday, November 26th.
The Milam Appraisal District will be performing onsite property inspections for the 2019 appraisal year. Our appraisers will always be in a vehicle clearly marked, have business cards and a state issued license that can be shown upon request and never request access inside any building. Local law enforcement is aware of the specific appraisers in an area and the vehicles they drive. Please contact our office with any concerns or questions.

Seeking Agricultural Board Members

The Milam Appraisal District is accepting applications for local ag producers that are interested in serving on the Agricultural Advisory Board.

The Board advises the Chief Appraiser on agricultural topics ranging from drought and flood conditions to typical expenses incurred in agricultural production. The Board does not appraise property, review values determined by the Appraisal District or the Appraisal Review Board, or determine if a property qualifies for agricultural valuation.

If interested please complete the application and send to the Milam Appraisal District.
