Starting Tuesday, April 30th and continuing until July 31st, public hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Deadline for 2019 Notice of Protest is Friday, May 31, 2019 (or within 30 days after a notice of appraised value was mailed to you, whichever is later). Please contact our office if you have any questions.

Mass Appraisal Reports

The purpose of the mass appraisal report is to aid property owners, taxing entities and the public we serve to better understand the methods and techniques utilized by the District in the valuation and revaluation of property within Milam County.

 

The following is the District’s current mass appraisal report plus one year prior. Anything older may be requested by submitting a Public Information Request.
