The Milam Appraisal District will be closed Thursday, November 28th & Friday, November 29th in observance of Thanksgiving. We will resume regular business hours on Monday, December 2nd.
The Milam Appraisal District's Appraisers will be in the field performing property inspections required by law. Appraisers will always be in vehicles that are clearly marked, have business cards and state issued TDLR license that can be shown upon request. The Appraisers will never request that you allow them access inside any building. If you have have any questions or concerns please contact our office. Local law enforcement is also aware of the specific appraisers in an area and the vehicles they drive.

Public Hours

Starting Tuesday, April 30, 2019 and continuing until July 31, 2019, public hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays. The abbreviated hours will allow staff time prior and after hours to process necessary paperwork created by high volume of phone calls and walk-ins taxpayers generated by the mailing of the notices which will be May 1, 2019.
